How To Install Call Manager 6.x In Vmware, Tutorial

Installing CUCM 6.x in VMWare is much easier. CISCO did a great job with CUCM 6.x in terms of allowing you to install the software in a virtual machine without needing to hack the system.

There are not really any tricks to installing CISCO Communications Manager 6.x in VMWare. I have used VMWare Player with easyvmx.com as well as VMWare Server.

Here are the basic steps:

1. Create a virtual machine with your favorite VMWare Product
2. Configure the virtual machine with enough disk space and RAM to meet CUCM installation requirements
3. Insert your CUCM 6.x installation CD
4. Complete the Installation Wizard
5. Wait for the install to complete

The first and most common method to earn your CCNA is to pass the Cisco 640-802 CCNA Exam. According to Cisco, the 640-802 CCNA is a 90 Minute exam consisting of between 50 and 60 questions and is not for the faint of heart. Tìm vi trùng lao bằng phương pháp mới

Thay vì soi đờm dưới kính hiển vi để tìm vi trùng lao, phương pháp cấy vi trùng bằng máy cho kết quả chính xác, vừa đưa vào hoạt động tại Bệnh viện Chợ Rẫy, TP HCM, chiều qua.

Ở phương pháp này, mẫu đờm của người nghi bị lao phổi sẽ được lấy để đưa vào máy để nuôi cấy. Nếu có, vi trùng lao sẽ xuất hiện trong thời gian từ 1 đến 2 tuần nuôi. Các bác sĩ tiếp tục làm kháng sinh đồ để tìm loại thuốc điều trị hiệu quả.

Bác sĩ Nguyễn Trường Sơn, Giám đốc bệnh viện cho biết, phương pháp cấy vi trùng lao vượt trội so với phương pháp cũ ở tính chính xác. “Một số mẫu đờm cho kết quả âm tính vi trùng lao trong phương pháp soi cũ, khi đưa vào máy cấy kiểm tra, lại phát hiện vi trùng”, ông Sơn nói.

Cũng theo ông Sơn, tại TP HCM, Viện Pasreur và Bệnh viện Phạm Ngọc Thạch cũng có thực hiện phương pháp này, tuy nhiên nhu cầu xét nghiệm lao luôn cao nên bệnh nhân phải thường xuyên chờ đợi.

Bác sĩ Dương Thị Cẩm Nhung, trưởng khoa Khám sức khỏe xuất cảnh, Bệnh viện Chợ Rẫy, cũng thừa nhận, nhu cầu xét nghiệm lao cho người xuất cảnh và những bệnh nhân nghi ngờ mắc bệnh lao hiện nay khá cao. Mỗi ngày, trong gần 200 người đến khám sức khỏe tại bệnh viện thì đã có khoảng 9% phải làm xét nghiệm vì nghi bị lao.

Ngoài những người xuất cảnh có nhu cầu xét nghiệm vi trùng lao, Bệnh viện Chợ Rẫy còn nhận mẫu cấy vi trùng lao cho các đối tượng khác. Hiện chi phí cho mỗi lần cấy mẫu đờm khoảng 27 USD. Mỗi bệnh nhân phải cấy từ 3 đến 6 lần, mới có kết quả chính thức.

Cứu sống người bị đâm thủng gan và dạ dày

Nhập viện trong tình trạng sốc nặng, huyết áp không đo được, đa chấn thương nặng với vết thương bằng dao rộng gần 3 cm xuyên từ thành bụng trái, nạn nhân nam, 17 tuổi, ngụ tại TP HCM, được cứu sống sau 4 giờ phẫu thuật.

Theo các bác sĩ khoa Ngoại, Bệnh viện 115 - những người trực tiếp phẫu thuật cấp cứu, đây là một trường hợp cứu sống hy hữu bởi gan, dạ dày và cả thận đã bị tổn thương quá nặng gây xuất huyết ồ ạt.

Bác sĩ Phạm Phúc Hải, trưởng ê kíp phẫu thuật, cho biết, ngay sau khi nhập viện, nhận thấy tình hình nguy kịch, bệnh viện đã tiến hành phẫu thuật khẩn cấp, xử lý cầm máu các tạng bị tổn thương. Tuy nhiên, phải bơm liên tục đến 5 lít máu, bệnh viện mới giữ được tính mạng của nạn nhân.

Ông Hải cho biết, hiện sức khỏe của bệnh nhân đã ổn định, tuy nhiên do phải “khâu vá” nhiều nơi trong ổ bụng nên nạn nhân vẫn còn phải nằm viện dài ngày để được các bác sĩ theo dõi.

Theo thông tin ban đầu từ bạn bè của nạn nhân, anh này có thể bị thương do mâu thuẫn cá nhân.

Sản phẩm của hai trong số hàng loạt công ty ở TP HCM vừa được phát hiện nhập nguyên liệu từ Trung Quốc, có chất gây sạn thận. Đại diện của Tổ chức Y tế thế giới tại Việt Nam bày tỏ, họ thực sự bị "sốc" trước vụ sữa độc.

Chiều 26/9, kết quả ban đầu từ một trung tâm kiểm nghiệm tại TP HCM, cho thấy, ngoài YiLi, đã có thêm hai sản phẩm sữa bột khác chứa chất melamine. Tuy nhiên theo Giám đốc Sở Y tế thành phố Nguyễn Văn Châu, do đây chỉ là kết quả từ một trung tâm, nên chỉ mang tính tham khảo chứ chưa thể công bố cụ thể.

Thanh tra y tế đã lấy mẫu nguyên liệu, phụ gia và sản phẩm của hai cơ sở nêu trên về Viện vệ sinh Y tế công cộng để xét nghiệm. Trước mắt, đoàn yêu cầu hai công ty tạm ngưng sản xuất và lưu hành sản phẩm.

Cục An toàn Vệ sinh Thực phẩm đã có quyết định thu hồi Giấy chứng nhận tiêu chuẩn sản phẩm đối với sữa tươi nguyên chất tiệt trùng Yili do Tập đoàn YiLi Nội Mông (Trung Quốc) sản xuất và Cty TNHH Kim Ấn, TP HCM, nhập khẩu vào VN. Đồng thời, yêu cầu đình chỉ lưu hành trên toàn quốc sản phẩm này, Công ty Kim Ấn phải có trách nhiệm thu hồi, tiêu hủy sản phẩm trước ngày 5/10.

Đến chiều 26/9, Thanh tra Sở Y tế đã kiểm tra được 54 cơ sở sản xuất, kinh doanh sữa và lấy 26 mẫu sữa để phân tích xét nghiệm. Càng kiểm tra, đoàn càng phát hiện thêm nhiều mặt hàng được chế biến từ nguyên liệu sữa bột có xuất xứ của Trung Quốc. Phần lớn sản phẩm đều không ghi rõ nguồn gốc xuất xứ, hạn dùng và chưa được kiểm tra của cơ quan chức năng.

Tại Hà Nội đoàn thanh tra của Bộ Y tế đã tiến hành kiểm tra 4 công ty nhập khẩu sữa, nguyên liệu sữa từ Trung Quốc. Đó là: Công ty Minh Hoa ( ở Long biên), Công ty Đông Nam Á (Hoàng Mai), Công ty Hiền Anh (cụm công nghiệp An Khánh) và Công ty Linh Thu ( quận Hai Bà Trưng). Trong đó theo đăng ký, Công ty Linh Thu mới chỉ công bố sản phẩm chứ chưa nhập.

Khi đoàn kiểm tra tới làm việc, thì 3 trong số các công ty trên đã đóng cửa, gỡ biển hiệu, còn công ty Hiền Anh mới chỉ đang trong giai đoạn xây dựng.

Ông Bùi Đức Nhường, Phó chánh Thanh tra Bộ Y tế cho biết, sẽ mời lãnh đạo bốn công ty này lên làm việc, tìm hiểu lý do tại sao thay đổi địa chỉ mà không báo cáo, thậm chí có thể rút giấy phép.

Nỗi đau của người mẹ có con dị tật

Từng mất một cậu con 3 tuổi bị bệnh, lần mang bầu bé trai thứ hai của chị Thu khiến cả nhà vui mừng, vì chồng chị là con trai độc. Thế nhưng chị lại phải đứt ruột bỏ thai vì bé mang mầm bệnh của cả bố và mẹ.

Quyết định phải bỏ đi một mầm sống đã lớn dần trong cơ thể mình nhiều tuần thật không đơn giản chút nào với người làm cha, mẹ. Trong gần 4.000 ca phát hiện bất thường, dị tật từ bào thai được các bác sĩ ở Bệnh viện Từ Dũ tư vấn năm 2007, có hơn 1.000 ca chấm dứt thai kỳ.

Chị Hoài Thu là một trường hợp như thế. Chị lập gia đình năm 21 tuổi. Chồng chị là con một, thừa kế công ty thức ăn gia súc lớn tại Bình Dương. Cha mẹ chồng chỉ mong có cháu đích tôn nên khi đứa bé thứ hai chào đời là trai, cả nhà vui lắm. Lúc lên ba, khi đã biết đi, bi bô tập nói... con chị dần không đi được nữa. Vợ chồng chị mang con chạy chữa khắp nơi, kể cả những bệnh viện lớn ở Thái Lan, Trung Quốc nhưng ở đâu bác sĩ cũng nói là bệnh di truyền, không chữa khỏi. Ba năm sau anh chị mất con.

Đầu năm 2008, chị lại có thai và là con trai khiến gia đình chồng vui mừng khôn xiết. Thế nhưng bác sĩ yêu cầu chị đến Bệnh viện Từ Dũ để chẩn đoán thai kỹ hơn. Tại đây, khi biết chồng chị từng có người chú ruột đã mất vì teo cơ Ducchen, các bác sĩ đề nghị anh chị làm các xét nghiệm di truyền và kết quả, bào thai mang mầm bệnh của cả bố lẫn mẹ.

Khi đó mẹ chồng chị gần như mất hết lý trí. Bà cho rằng chị làm hỏng nòi giống nhà bà. Thậm chí, bà còn tìm đến nhà vị bác sĩ kia la mắng, chửi rủa. Bà bắt chị ra nước ngoài làm lại xét nghiệm nhưng kết quả vẫn thế.

"Khi tôi quyết định bỏ con, bà như phát điên. Chồng tôi không có ý kiến nhưng không giấu được buồn đau. Tôi rơi vào tận cùng tuyệt vọng, vừa mất hai con, hạnh phúc còn bị lung lay”, chị Thu tâm sự.

Lại có những trường hợp khi sinh con bị bị ung thư, bệnh di truyền hay tim bẩm sinh, người mẹ phải một mình chống chọi với những cơn đau vật vã của con. Nhà khá giả, con bệnh, vợ chồng còn cùng nhau đối mặt nhưng hễ nhà nào túng thiếu, thường chỉ thấy mỗi người mẹ hay bà cặm cụi với cháu con.

Chị Thiên Kim ở quận Gò Vấp, TP. HCM là một ví dụ. Vợ chồng chị đều là phụ hồ. Khi mang thai đến tháng thứ năm, bác sĩ phát hiện đứa con trong bụng chị bị não úng thủy. Hay tin, anh Dũng, chồng chị giao cho vợ toàn quyền lựa chọn giải pháp giữ hay bỏ thai. Chị nghe nhiều người nói lần đầu mà bỏ sẽ khó khăn cho việc sinh nở sau này, lại thêm tình mẫu tử thiêng liêng thôi thúc nên chị quyết định giữ con lại.

Sau khi sinh, chị phải nghỉ làm để ở nhà chăm con vì không nhà trẻ nào nhận. Cuộc sống ngày càng khó khăn, rồi chồng chị nói anh phải đi theo công trình xa và... không về nữa. Chị Kim ôm con về nương tựa nhà mẹ ruột và bệnh viện trở thành ngôi nhà thứ hai.

Cùng chạy ra chạy vào Bệnh viện Nhi Đồng 1 với chị Thiên Kim còn có một cô bạn hàng xóm cũng đơn thân từ khi con trai bị ung thư tuyến thận. Chị Trang - người mẹ bất hạnh ấy - kể, cuộc sống gia đình chị vốn rất yên ấm. Nhưng từ khi phát hiện đứa con duy nhất bị ung thư, chồng chị luôn vùi đầu vào rượu rồi cuối cùng bỏ hai mẹ con mà đi luôn.

Mẹ chồng chị cũng vào viện nuôi cháu. Bà bắt chị tìm anh nhưng cứ hễ chị đến chỗ nào thì anh lại vừa chuyển đi. Giờ mẹ chồng chị đã kiệt sức vì hết tiền lo cho cháu nội. Chị cũng đã bán hết tài sản trong nhà.

Chị Kiều và anh Hoàng Tấn ở xã Phạm Văn Hai, huyện Bình Chánh, TP HCM thì không dám có con nữa khi lần lượt hai đứa con của họ mất vì bệnh Thelassamie - thiếu máu bẩm sinh và liên tục. Anh chị lo ma chay cho hai con xong, trả nợ cũng hết tiền.

Chị Kiều cho biết: Các bác sĩ ở Bệnh viện Nhi Đồng khuyên anh chị muốn sinh con nữa thì phải làm thụ tinh nhân tạo để lựa chọn phôi thai tốt nhất vì gene của hai người có bệnh. Nhưng với cách điều trị đó, phải tốn hơn 20 triệu đồng, một món tiền mà hai người làm cả đời chưa chắc có được. Vì thế, anh chị khép lại giấc mơ có con.

Mất con, chị Kiều như người mất hồn, chị không thể gần gũi chồng được nữa. Anh Tấn buồn bã nói: “Không có con, cuộc sống thật buồn tẻ. Đi đâu, làm gì, cũng chẳng muốn về nhà sớm như trước. Cái nhà tiện nghi hơn do không phải dành dụm tiền mua sữa hay đưa con đi bệnh viện. Nhưng giá như nghèo đi một chút mà có con cái thủ thỉ cũng đỡ buồn.”.

Ai cũng biết đứa con là cầu nối hạnh phúc. Nhưng sẽ là bi kịch nếu đứa con bệnh tật, đau yếu... đặc biệt là với những căn bệnh di truyền hoặc ung thư không thể chữa trị.

Theo chuyên gia tư vấn Lý Thị Mai (Giám đốc Công ty Tâm lý học ứng dụng), cặp vợ chồng nào cũng mong có những đứa con khỏe mạnh, thông minh. Nhờ vào tiến bộ của y học, các bậc cha mẹ ngày nay có thể phát hiện sớm những bất thường hoặc dị tật của bào thai để có quyết định đúng đắn.

Đây là một chọn lựa rất khó khăn, không chỉ đối với bố mẹ mà còn cho cả hai gia đình, họ tộc... Nếu chẳng may rơi vào trường hợp này, vợ chồng và các thành viên của gia đình cần chuẩn bị tâm lý một cách kỹ càng để có thể bàn bạc và thống nhất quyết định chung.

"Chính sự đồng thuận này sẽ giúp bà mẹ trẻ bớt đau đớn, hụt hẫng và có thể tránh được hội chứng trầm cảm hoặc ám ảnh tội lỗi sau khi buộc phải chấm dứt thai kỳ. Vì thế, hai vợ chồng, đặc biệt là người vợ, rất cần nhận được sự nâng đỡ về tinh thần của người thân, của các chuyên gia tâm lý để họ chấp nhận sự mất mát và sớm lấy lại được thăng bằng trong cuộc sống", bà Mai nói.
